Disappointed

Installed this app with high expectations after reading about it in The Week. Installation and activation went smoothly but that was the end of it. Since then its done nothing but ask me to upgrade and then "update data." I havent been able to get it to do anything else, havent even set it up to track anyone yet so not sure what its updating. It just gets hung up and frozen on the "Updating data" screen.
